DAVID'S FAVOURITE A LA CARTE DISHES THIS SPRING

 

Here at David’s, our aim is to introduce you to the Shanghainese culture through traditional dishes with contemporary tastes. Many of our recipes have been passed down from great-grandmothers and are perfect to share with family, friends and colleagues.

Our menu is always evolving and we heavily rely on seasonal produce to give you the very best throughout every season. Here’s what we’re loving on our A La Carte menu this Spring:

 

SIZZLING MONGOLIAN LAMB

A long time staple & favourite at David’s –  Spicy, sweet and piping hot. Just how we like it! 

STEAMED BARRAMUNDI

David’s unique steaming method ensures the Barramundi maintains its delicate texture and fresh taste. Paired with soy and ginseng, the Barramundi is known for it’s bitter and earthy flavours with a hint of sweetness.

SMOKED DUCK LEGS

The Duck legs are first roasted and then smoked in our sister restaurant, Oriental Teahouse’s earthy ‘oolong tea’. Once ready, they are then lightly fried and served on a bed of Salted Duck egg crème.

HONEY PEPPER BEEF

The extra honey gives the Beef a perfect balance of sweetness, whilst the the pepper adds a subtle kick to create marinating pull apart beef short ribs. Served with Shanghai flatbread to soak up all the goodness.
