Our menu is inspired by cuisine from Zhouzhuang, a rural town in Shanghai situated on a river. The menu emphasises honest, homely food, usually reserved for Shanghai locals. Expect simple dishes full of flavour, seasoned with soy, sugar, ginger and sometimes whole chillies and cloves of garlic.
